Delivery

Below is the average delivery time for all our packages:

If your order is placed before 17:00 (GMT+1) Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+1), it will be processed the same day:

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri)
  • Transit time: 8-11 business days (Mon-Fri)
  • Delivery Time: 9-13 business days (Mon-Fri)

Once your order is placed, you can easily see when your package is expected to be delivered after processing. You will receive a personal track & trace code via email, which allows you to track your order through our order tracking page

Always Free Delivery

We cover the shipping costs. All orders are shipped FREE to your address. There is no minimum order amount.

Lost Package?

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, contact us and we will always send a new package.

Non-Home Delivery or Postal Delivery

When a package is delivered to your door or to a post office, we covers the delivery costs. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier, and we are entitled to deduct EUR 20 from the total amount.

Why Isn’t My Tracking Working?

In some cases, the shipping company may need 1-2 business days to update the location of packages. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in such cases.
